               ( All Deadhead miles ) in excess of paid miles $0.50 per mile
                  ( Layover ) $150. per day ( Wait time ) $30.00 per hour

                      All Rates are in addition to tolls and overnights.

2)Mini HP less then 125 miles $ 245
3)No go Run dispatched /canceled $ 170
4)Regular Loads $1.25 per mile - minimum for non-local Trip:$300per day
  (+deadhead $.50 per mile)
5)Hi-pole $1.35 per mile - minimum for non-local trip: $350. per day
   (+ deadhead $.50 per mile)
6)Route Surveying $35. per hour plus $.50 per mile ( All miles ) $350. per day
7)Local Survey minimum: 4 Hours plus $.50 per mile ( All miles )
8)with second escort ride along ;+$ 1.10 per mile+ motel
9) NIGHT Route Surveying $40. per hour plus $.60 per mile ( All miles )$400.
    per day. all night work is plus motel minimum: 6 Hours
10) with second escort ride along +$ 1.10 per mile+ MOTEL
11) hourly rate for traffic control $ 55.00
12) night work =day rate +0.10 per mile OR $ 5.00 PER HOUR all night work
     is plus motel

14)Day Rate: POLE ;$800.00 plus .50 a mile

16) 16' to 16'06 10 per mile OR $ 5.00 PER HOUR ;
17) 16'06 to 17' 20 per mile OR $ 10.00 PER HOUR
18) night work= Day rate +.10 per mile OR $ 5.00 PER HOUR
